Now Available - In-Home Personal Training
Maybe it’s hard for you to get to a gym, or perhaps you just like to work out at home. If you live in Glenview, Northbrook or one of the other north Chicago suburbs, in-home personal training might be perfect for you.
There are a some differences between a home workout and a gym workout. An home we typically use more body weight exercises and lightweight equipment like dumbbells, kettle bells, and TRX bands. If you like, you can begin your training program at home and then switch to the gym when you feel ready.
